Steady Yellow is normally associated with Green to indicate Timelapse mode is being used.
The official Little Cyclops instructions also indicate that Steady Yellow can appear with Steady Red or Steady Blue to indicate that charging is complete, but I've never experienced these combinations.
Steady Yellow should not appear with any other colours. So, if you are seeing a combination like this it suggests that the camera has "crashed".
However, I have now seen Flashing Red and Steady Yellow as part of a Motion Detection Video mode - and if you see this, pressing the FRONT or POWER buttons should stop video recording.
If you decide that the camera is having problems, try to RESET your camera by holding down the POWER button and the FRONT button together and if this works the lights should go out and you can start again.
