Power down in progress

Flashing Red and Flashing Yellow generally mean that a Little Cyclops camera Power Down is in progress. After a few flashes the lights should switch off.

But, if the lights stay flashing for longer what does it mean?

It probably means that the camera cannot write what it wants to the microSD card. Do you have a card in the slot? Is it inserted correctly? Is the card working properly?

I have had this combination of lights when charging the Little Cyclops, but I now think the camera was trying to tell me there was something wrong with the microSD card rather than telling me it was charging the battery.

If you need to RESET the camera to switch it off properly, hold down the POWER and FRONT buttons together and the lights should switch off.
