Flashing Light Blue

Flashing Light Blue (Cyan) can indicate two things on the Little Cyclops camera.

1) The Light Blue LED flashes once as part of the Power On sequence. Keep the POWER button pressed in until you see Flashing Dark Blue and Flashing Yellow which indicates the next part of the Power On sequence, when you can release the POWER button.

If the camera doesn't switch on, then the battery is probably very nearly empty and you need to recharge the battery by plugging a lead with a mini-USB plug into the camera and the normal sized USB end of the lead into a computer or into a USB power adaptor.

2) Flashing Light Blue indicates that the camera is playing back an MP3 track through the headphones that you can plug into the jack socket on the right of the camera. You can pause and restart the track with brief presses of the POWER button.

Volume is reduced by holding in the MODE button and increased by holding in the FRONT button. Skip to the next track by briefly pressing the MODE button and skip to the beginning of this track by pressing FRONT briefly once, then press FRONT again for the previous track and so on. To switch out of MP3 mode press MODE and FRONT together again and the LED changes to indicate the camera state.

To switch off, hold the POWER button until you have Flashing Red and Yellow LEDs.

You can not only play back MP3 recordings that you have made on the Little Cyclops, but any MP3 files that you put into the VOICE folder on the microSD card in your camera.
